    About:
Our 2016 author, Kent Meyers, has conducted writing programs and presentations around the country. He teaches at Black Hills State University, in the Pacific Lutheran University’s low-residence MFA program and the Rainier Writing Workshop. This year, we are very fortunate to have our featured author also proficient at teaching writing. If you are an author or have always wondered about the writing process from an author’s point of view, sign up for the Writing Workshop with Kent Meyers.

    • 11 Oct 2016
    • 1:00 PM
    • Biaggi's, at Centerra, Loveland

Lunch with Kent Meyers will take place at Biaggi's in Centerra, following the Writing Workshop on Tuesday, October 11.

We anticipate that Meyers will continue sharing information about his views on the importance of stories, writing, reading and libraries. However, authors are given leeway for their choice of topics. Our literacy friends may choose to attend both the Writing Workshop and the luncheon, or just one of the events. Registration must be made for each event separately.

    Luncheon reservations:
    - Tuesday, October 11, 1 p.m.
    - Mail a check for $32 to FOLPL, with "LL2R Luncheon" written on the check, to: FOLPL, 300 N Adam Ave., Loveland CO 80537
    - Postmark your reservation by October 3
